Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

Pack Your Sleepbuds

Place the Sleepbuds, charging case, and all original accessories securely back into the original packaging.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
